Born in Ponorogo and complete her Doctoral Degree in Psychology at University of Padjadjaran Bandung, Dr. Ayu profession as a psychologist has provided her with an extensive experience as a Consultant in various industries related to Human Capital Development or Recruitment. She is also active in providing some industrial psychology or organizational trainings.
Dr. Ayu is also Lecturer and Researcher within Psychology Program Study majoring in Industrial and Organizational Psychological, Research Methodology and Psychometric at University of Paramadina. The results of her research are closely related to the value system within a society and organization, resistance to change, improvement behavior and motivation. Currently, she works as a Deputy Rector of University of Paramadina for Cooperation and Business Development.
